Scott Andrew Mills, Neighbor

I have lived in Highland Heights since 1994, father of 3 and have been married to Ann Marie since 1989.   I  enjoy working in my yard and for relaxation, I like to ride my bike out East in the country.  I vacation near Traverse City Michigan near my wife's childhood home.  Conservative by nature.
