State Sen. Tom Patton a Strongsville Republican who represents the Mayfield-Hillcrest communities, was officially sworn in for his second term as senator for the 24th District during opening ceremonies for the 130th General Assembly Jan. 7. In addition, his colleagues elected him for a second time to serve in the chamber’s No. 3 post, Majority Floor Leader.
