It’s almost time to break out the matzo. Passover arrives on March 25 this year, when Jews across the world will come together to retell the Exodus story over four cups of wine (or grape juice for those who can't indulge), and of course, a large, festive feast. Passover Traditions As the story goes, during their flight from slavery, the Jews did not have enough time for their dough to rise, resulting in a flaky cracker that is eaten instead of bread for a full week during Passover. Eight Inches of Snow Possible Through Friday

The area could see accumulation from lake-effect snow through Friday morning.

The National Weather Service has issued a lake-effect snow warning for Cuyahoga County until noon Friday. Snow will intensify through Thursday afternoon and overnight, with accumulations of four to eight inches possible by midday on Friday. Winds will be coming out of the west from 10-20 MPH with gusts up to 30 MPH possible. Temperatures will be in the low 20s with highs around 30 degrees.

Hundreds turned out at Laborers' International to protest measure that would weaken public employees' unions in Ohio

Opponents of a bill that would sharply curtail the collective bargaining rights of Ohio's public employees held rallies across the state Tuesday, hoping to build momentum against a measure already adopted by the state Senate and pending in the House of Representatives. In Northeast Ohio, rallies were held in Strongsville, where nearly 1,000 turned out, and Akron, where about 400 people protested at the Laborers' International Hall.
