They already proposed "nice apartments at the corner of Lander and Cedar. No go. The problemRead More is that all apartments start out being "nice", or luxury. In 10 years, they turn to bad tenants. Mayfield has enough apartment buildings. They only breed trouble in time. I certainly think it sounds like a good idea, but in theory.... you'll pay for it later. Just look at Gates Mills Towers, or Marsol. Those used to be nice, upscale buildings when they first were being leased out. Not anymore. An upscale retail development would be nice. No more drug stores!

This lot contains a gas well in the center of it with two containment tanks backing up to theRead More apartments on the back side of it. The liability of this industrial piece can be an issue and should be capped. This would attract better interest and possible development plans.

FDA is bought and paid for by lobbyist. There are pros to that fact though. Everything we enjoyRead More would be made illegal if someone wasn't getting insanely rich off of it. I'm all for being healthy, but if I want to indulge a little I'm glad to have the option

http://www.amazon.com/The-Hundred-Year-Lie-Chemicals-Destroying/dp/B00164GEZO Chemicals in everydayRead More products are ruining your health-find out what you can do about it. One hundred years ago, the promise of "a better living through chemistry" was given to consumers, setting us on a slippery slope that introduced thousands of man-made chemicals into our food, water, medicine and environment. In The Hundred-Year Lie, investigative journalist Randall Fitzgerald shatters dozens of myths being perpetuated by the chemical, pharmaceutical, and processed foods industries. He shows how early advances led to a build-up of industry, and how the profit motive then led companies and even our own government to ignore troubling signs of widespread illness and disease.
