Unity Days Sunday Schedule: Parade Down Mayfield Rd.
Festival finishes off with softball, rides and raffles
The comes to a close Sunday, but last certainly doesn’t mean least with a parade to top it all off.
The parade down Mayfield Rd. will begin at 1 p.m., and former Cleveland Browns running back Greg Pruitt is scheduled to be the grand marshal.

The will carry the rest of the days’ festivities and here are some of the highlights.
The Police K-9 and Bomb Squad Demo will have K-9 sniffing dogs doing smelling, tracking and aggression with guns exercises. There will also be a bomb robot and bomb suit demos at Dragga Field. This runs from 2:40-3:15 p.m.

The Cleveland Clinic Life Flight will have a demonstration at Dragga Field beginning at 3:25 p.m.
And for sportsmanship and good humor, there’s the Mayor’s Cup Softball Game featuring the city’s police, fire and service departments in friendly competition.
Wrist band tickets for Sunday (2-7 p.m.) are $15.
There will be free parking at Golden Gate Plaza and free shuttle service to the park Sunday from 2-8 p.m.
There will also be a raffle with the grand prize being $3,500 from various local sponsors.
Other events that are scheduled for today include:
- 2-7 p.m. – Midway Rides open.
- 2:30-5:30 p.m. – Walking Entertainment: clown balloon twister, mime caricaturist, magic show and juggler.
- 2:45-4:15 p.m. – Musicians Nick Costa and Bill Pirie.
- 3:20 p.m. – Dante Citraro sings the National Anthem.
- 3:30-5 p.m. – Face Painting and Balloon Twisting.
- 4:45-7 p.m. – Musicians Carmelina and the Masquerade.
- 7 p.m. – Main drawing for the raffle prizes.
