Cheer Kent State at the GoDaddy.com Bowl Game

The Boneyard is hosting a special watch party for the Golden Flashes.

Kent State fans unable to travel to Alabama for Sunday's GoDaddy.com Bowl game can still cheer on the Golden Flashes with fellow supporters at watch parties hosted by the Kent State University Alumni Association. 

One of six parties hosted in Ohio by the Kent State University Alumni Association will be at 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 6 at The Boneyard, 5900 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124.

Wear your KSU apparel or show your alumni association membership card for a 20 percent discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages.

In Sunday's game, the Golden Flashes football team will take on Arkansas State at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Ala. Kent State comes off a season in which the football team won a program-record 11 games.

This is the third bowl appearance for the Golden Flashes. They attended the Refrigerator Bowl in 1954 and the Tangerine Bowl in 1972.

The Kent State alumni association is hosting game watch parties across the country in areas with large populations of Kent State alumni, including Denver, Pasadena, Calif., Charlotte, NC, and Raleigh, NC.
