2 Hawken Students Win National Merit Scholarship
Students from Hawken School won $2,500 in scholarships.
Two students from Hawken School in Gates Mills have been announced as National Merit Scholarship winners.
Russell M. Cohen and Sydney T. Costantini won $2,500 each and were part of 2,500 winners chosen from a pool of 15,000 across the nation.
Cohen plans to study film production in college while Costantini is undecided.

National Merit $2500 Scholarship winners are the finalists in each state judged to have the strongest combination of accomplishments, skills, and potential for success in rigorous college studies.
The number of winners named in each state is proportional to the state’s percentage of the nation’s graduating high school seniors
