Ron DiNardo, ARB chairman, said district architects were able to supply three samples incorporating earth tones into the wall for the concession stand/restroom area.

"I think it'll be a better fit when they build it," DiNardo said. "I've used the same gray, but in industrial buildings in an office/warehouse setting. I think you'll get compliments when it's done."

The district plans to seek bids this month for the first phase of the project, which will involve new light poles, the concession stand/restroom building and seating on the home side of the stadium. The stands will still seat about 2,500 people, but the middle area will have seats rather than bleachers.
