Previous political office sought or held: Mayfield Village Council at large 2004 through 2007, Mayfield Village Council at large 2008 through present.

Statement: As Council at large I represent all of the residents and businesses in Mayfield Village and continue to work hard to make sure that all voices are heard.

From the beginning I have had three goals in mind:

1. Listen and Communicate. I am ready, willing and able to meet with the residents and businesses of the village to listen and discuss their questions, comments or concerns regarding village matters and where appropriate to brings those thoughts back to the administration and/or council in order to address issues, create resolutions and formulate responses that benefit everyone without advancing individual agendas.

2. Protect the integrity and character of Mayfield Village. We all moved to this village because of its beauty and quaintness, its "family" atmosphere, its location and the wonderful services provided — Mayfield Village has been a Top 20 Suburb (out of 77) in Cleveland Magazine’s annual rankings for a number of years — this year we ranked 12th. I am constantly reviewing and analyzing various documents, such as proposed ordinances and resolutions, budgets and financial reports, meeting minutes and recommendations to ensure that the Mayfield Village we all have come to know and love remains and that we act in accordance with the Mayfield Village strategic plan.

3. Maintain and enhance Mayfield Village services. It is incumbent upon me to make fiscally responsible decisions that maintain the many special services and programs in currently operating in the village, increase the funds in reserve accounts, reduce the debt and continue to look for additional value such as the public theater space, the new police facility, the Greenway Corridor, beautification projects, just to name a few.

I have and will continue to endeavor to meet these goals as a member of Council and look forward to your continued support of my efforts at the election polls in November.
