A 30-year-old Solon woman faces felony drug charges after she tried to obtain percocet from two Solon pharmacies without a fake prescription, according to Solon Police.

Kimberly A. Macmonigal, 30, of Solon, was arrested charged with deception to obtain dangerous drugs, a fifth-degree felony, according to Solon Police.

The woman was then caught that day at Walgreens in Solon, where she had also filed a prescription for percocet.

The police contacted the health care professional on the prescription, who confirmed that he did not issue it, according to the report.
