Police Blotter: Woman Provides Tip About Wanted Ex-boyfriend

A woman told police at 11:30 p.m. Sept. 14 that her employer called and said her ex-boyfriend was at Panini's on Mayfield Road. She said the man was wanted for larceny. Police arrested the suspect.

A 23-year-old Richmond Heights woman was taken to Hillcrest Hospital after she was found vomiting and crying with a liquor bottle next to her at 8:56 p.m. Sept. 14 behind a church on Lander Road.

A Marsol Road apartment resident called police at 11:55 p.m. Sept. 13 and said a woman living in the building confronted him at Walmart and threatened to kill him. He said they had an ongoing dispute and he wanted police to be aware of the situation.

A woman called from Lander Road at 2:54 p.m. Sept. 13 and said her boyfriend punched her in the mouth and then punched her car before leaving in a white Chevrolet Impala.

A Woodhurst Avenue woman called police at 11:14 a.m. Sept. 13 and said her ex-husband was getting out of jail and was going to steal from cars. She said he is a drug addict and not welcome at her house.

A man was walking on the berm of Interstate 271 and causing cars to swerve, a caller reported at 7:37 a.m. Sept. 13. The man had been kicked out of a car near the Wilson Mills Road exit and headed south. Police gave him a ride to Mayfield and SOM Center roads.

An officer stopped to check on an open garage door at 1:35 a.m. Sept. 12 on Iroquois Avenue due to thefts in the area. A resident said he forgot to shut the door.

A Cordova Avenue man called police at 9:20 a.m. Sept. 11 and said his estranged wife entered his house while he was away and caused a lot of damage.

A person at the bocce courts in the city park said a boy broke all of the chairs there at 7:46 p.m. Sept. 10.
