Police Blotter: Resident Told Guests Can't Park at Neighbor's House

A Gates Road resident reported troubles with her neighbor at 3:10 p.m. Oct. 9. The neighbor was having a party and guests were parking on the caller's property. An officer spoke to the neighbor, who agreed to stop using the property.

A caller at 11:50 a.m. Oct. 11 told police there was a suspicious man on the St. Francis School property. Police said the elderly man from Mayfield Heights was told not to return.

An accident was reported at 5:05 p.m. Oct. 12 on SOM Center Road involving two cars. There were no injuries. A 56-year-old Euclid woman was cited for failing to stop in an assured clear distance ahead.

A suspicious car was parked at 12:20 a.m. Ot. 14 at a Settlers Ridge Road residence. Officers talked to the car's occupants and the resident, who wanted them to leave and not return or she would file criminal charges. They agreed to leave and not come back.

A car went off the road and was stuck in mud at 3:23 a.m. Oct. 15 on Brigham Road. The car was gone when police arrived, but officers noticed a small tree that it hit when it went off the road.
