Police Blotter: Resident Complained Someone Piled Snow By Driveway

Information supplied by the Gates Mills Police Department.

An Echo Glen Drive resident called at 9:06 a.m. Jan. 15 because there was snow piled in his driveway. He said the snow someone piled there made it tough to get to his house.

An officer saw a suspicious car parked at 3:27 p.m. Jan. 17 outside a vacant West Hill Drive house. Then he noticed a door was open. A man inside the house was a worker with permission to be there.

A Battles Road resident call police at 7:49 a.m. Jan. 20 to report damage to his mailbox. A car hit the mailbox overnight.

A Brigham Road resident said she came home at 4:56 p.m. Jan. 20 to find the garage door open. Officers checked the house and confirmed that nothing was missing or out of place.
