Police Blotter: Large Man With Gold Teeth was Alarming to Mayfield Road business

Information supplied by the Mayfield Heights Police Department.

An alarm went off at 1:32 p.m Oct. 10 at a Mayfield Road business. Police said the alarm was accidental and the owner was testing the system because of an earlier incident. A large man with gold teeth had shown up asking for a job and became agitated when he was told they are not hiring.

A Washington Boulevard woman called police at 10:54 p.m. Oct. 10 about a nearby house that has been vacant for a year. She said twice recently there was a truck in the driveway.

About eight customers were arguing over a bill at 8:31 p.m. Oct. 10 at the Boneyard. Police said the group was asked to move on. The dispute was about a $7 tab.

Police arrested a man after an incident in the women's dressing room at a SOM Center Road store at 11:43 a.m. Oct. 10. A woman said she had been sexually assaulted. Police said the man was charged with disorderly conduct.
