Police Blotter: Dump Truck Left Trail of Rocks on Highway

A caller at 11:46 a.m. Dec. 3 said a red Chevrolet dump truck was spilling rocks all over the express lanes on Interstate 271 northbound. Police were unable to find the truck and Willoughby Hills police were told to look for it.
A woman was involved in a car accident in Middleburg Heights and ejected from her car. She was taken by Life Flight to MetroHealth Medical Center and Mayfield Village police were called at 5:18 p.m. Dec. 4 to contact a relative on Aintree Park Drive. Police talked to a family member who then went to the hospital.
Police were called at 3:01 p.m. Dec. 1 about a boy who was not allowed on the high school property on Wilson Mills Road. Police took the boy to his mother.
A man came to the police station at 9:09 p.m. Nov. 30 about an incident with his ex-wife at a high school basketball game on Wilson Mills Road. She approached him and purposely ran into him. She also made comments such as "Why don't you go back where you came from." He wanted the incident logged because of past problems.
