Police Blotter: Caller Worried About Large Dog in Neighborhood

A caller at 7:29 p.m. Oct. 23 said a man is unable to control his dog and the caller was scared. The man has a 65-pound dog on a leash and walks it on Stonehaven Drive and Aberdeen Boulevard, the caller said. Police were not able to find the dog and walker.
A caller at 9:34 a.m. Oct. 24 said suspicious people were meeting in cars between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. in front of a Golfview Lane residence.
A 911 caller at 1:24 p.m. Oct. 24 said there was a bad accident on Ridgebury Boulevard by Brainard Road. The accident occurred in Lyndhurst. Two people were hurt, including a man who a head injury, and they were taken to . The Highland Heights Service Department replaced a sign that had been damaged.
A car was tagged with spray paint and the right rear tire was slashed on Oct. 21 in an Alpha Drive parking lot.
A woman told police at 11:49 p.m. Oct. 21 that her 2011 black Nissan was rear-ended by a white car at Wilson Mills and Brainard roads. She said the driver of the other car wore a wide-brimmed hat and he was headed westbound. His car also had damage to its hood. Richmond Heights police were notified to look for the suspect's car.
A woman in a white car tried to drive away from an accident at 2:09 p.m. Oct. 21 on Wilson Mills Road, a caller told police. Officers went to the scene to take an accident report.
