Marshals Looking for Fugitive Who Shot Man During Family Argument

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Mahni Roseberry.


Mahni Roseberry is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Division of Police for felonious assault. 

In February of 2012 Roseberry, 19, got into an argument with his child’s grandmother, according to officials. Police said Roseberry attempted to drag the woman out of the car when her boyfriend intervened. Roseberry began to fight with the man briefly before pulling out a gun and shooting him. 

The assault took place near the 7700 block of Woodland Avenue in Cleveland.  

Roseberry is about 5-feet 11-inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Police believe Roseberry is hiding somewhere in Cleveland. He also has a previous address near the 3900 block of Northampton Road in Cleveland Heights.
