Nino Monaco needs to pay his taxes

Amazing that Mr. Monaco is running unopposed, and yet he owns several houses in the city, all registered as his primary residence.  He needs to notify the county of this "error" and pay the back taxes for the last 10+ years.  He is not entitled to claim the 2 and 1/2 percent owner-occupied credit for all these houses.
