Gift Card Raffle to Benefit Safe at Home Program and Open House

Please help the new Community Partnership on Aging Safe at Home Program by purchasing raffle tickets for 3 fabulous gift cards: $500 gift card to Dave's Markets, $250 gift card to Discount Drug Mart, and $100 gift card to Dave's Markets! The Safe at Home Program provides both funds and resources to help low-income, older adults in South Euclid, Lyndhurst, Highland Heights, Mayfield Heights and Mayfield Village stay in their homes independently and safely.


Raffle tickets, which are only $5 each, may be purchased at local Dave's Markets, by calling CPA at 216-291-3902, or by e-mailing contactus@communitypartnershiponaging.org. Donations also will be gratefully accepted.


Just in time for holiday gift giving, the winning tickets will be drawn at 6 pm on Wed., Dec. 12 at the CPA Open House and Handmade Paper Boutique (which runs from 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm) at the Ross C. DeJohn Community Center, 6306 Marsol Rd., Mayfield Hts. The Open House will feature refreshments, socializing, a paper-making demonstration, and the sale unique, handmade paper items fashioned by CPA volunteers - these make great gifts. The community is encouraged to attend the Open House. Raffle ticket winners do not need to be present.

Sponsors include Cleveland Clinic Healthwise Connection (Gold), Discount Drug Mart (Silver) and Senior Independence (Bronze). Although the goal of this first-time fundraiser is $4000, the agency is hoping to raise more.


So, please buy raffle tickets and/or make donations and attend our Open House Wed. Dec. 12. We hope to see you there!
