WOIO: Gates Mills Man Indicted on Charges Relating to Stolen Construction Equipment
Indictment states equipment was stolen from 2005 to 2007
The WOIO Action 19 News website has a story about a Gates Mills man who was indicted for his role in selling construction equipment that was reported stolen in Northeast Ohio.
Jerry Palladino, 66, was indicted on two counts of mail fraud, 14 counts of sale or receipt of stolen vehicles, and four counts of making a false tax return, said Steven M. Dettelbach, U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Ohio.
