Parenting magazine to send state winners to Moms Congress conference.

Parenting magazine has a contest to send 51 moms from each state and Washington, D.C. to the three-day Moms Congress on Education and Learning.

The contest seeks moms who have made a difference in her community's schools. Entrants must submit a photo and a 300-word essay telling what the mom being nominated has done to make a difference. Nominations can be made through Feb. 15 at Parenting.com.

Winners will receive roundtrip transportation and hotel accommodations for the Moms Congress conference from April 29 to May 1 in Washington, D.C.

The theme of this year's conference is "Teach Me Something New" and is dedicated to fostering the relationship between parents and their children's teachers.
