On the Campaign Trail Week 17

Even though I tried to campaign all week, it not exactly good weather to knock on doors. Who would ever expect a snow storm in October with power outages? I spent the last few days visiting people at Hillcrest Hospital who are ill and since they had no power on Thursday, it was hard for them without having a television working to keep them company. The generators at the hospital kicked on the emergency lights, but it still was a difficult situation. The elderly that lived in apartments and had no power had a hard time without an elevator to leave their homes. The calls were tremendous with residents who had trees down or power outages. Our Service Department worked day and night to clear the streets, help residents and fix the damage. Thank you to our wonderful, efficient Service Department on their excellent job. A big thank you to our Police and Fire Department for their hard work and dedication during this storm.
It is hard to believe that there just over a week till the election. Please feel free to call me anytime if  you have any questions or concerns. (216-780-5762 or Dfinneyiii@aol.com)  I appreciate all of the support from residents throughout our community. Let's hope the weather improves before election day!!
