I just want to be the only girl

This one is for the guys – I am going to tell you the top 10 things that turn women off or tick them off! Now I understand that men have a hard time understanding the way a woman thinks, it is natural. I am going to give you some insight. Please take it with a grain of salt. Please remember, this is strictly my opinion, so take it for what is worth!!   

10. Number 10 is an pretty obvious one for you guys. Do not tell us we are fat. Do not joke we are fat. Do not call us chubby, do not and I repeat, do not tell us our butt looks big when we ask. ... We really do not want to know. If a woman has gained weight, she knows it. She does not need you to tell her. She needs you to make her feel like she is beautiful at all times, because if you think she looks beautiful, she thinks she is beautiful.

9. Number nine is one that may not be so obvious. Men – do not look at other women in an obvious way. I must emphasize, do not ever tell your significant other that another woman is prettier than her. If you must look at other women, do not turn your head. Be discreet. A word of advice – we are all the same, so if you are happy with the woman you love who the heck cares what the other women look like. Lastly, never, ever look at other women when you are with her friends or family. You will embarrass her and more importantly, you will make her friends and family think you are a royal schmuck!

8. Number eight is one that men do not always get so easily – it is often a difficult task. Sometimes you have to do things that you simply do not like to do. For example, she may want to see a movie you do not want to see, but it is for two hours of your life. If she wants you to go to the mall with her, just go ... you will make her happy. If a woman wants to dance a slow song, for G-d's sake DANCE. You get the opportunity to hold her close, which will probably lead to even closer things later. ... The song lasts for two to three minutes. Make her happy, if she is happy, you will be happy. Sacrifice is the name of the game in a relationship.

7. Number seven is a touchy subject. When your woman touches you, do not push her away. If she cuddles against you, do not push her away. I do not care if you are tired, I do not care if you do not feel so great- Let her touch you. I am not talking about sex, I am talking about plain old touching. If you push her away, she will be hurt. She may pretend she does not care – but she does care. If you push her away too often, she will stop coming near you. She will stop touching you and eventually when you miss her touch, it will be too late. Worse yet, she may find somebody else to touch...

6. Number six is when you start to pick on her for something stupid, for no apparent reason. Does it really matter which way the toothpaste is squeezed or if the light is left on by accident? It is not important to pick on every little detail, nobody is perfect, are you? Stop picking on the little things and look at the big picture. Does she make you happy? Does she love you? Stop picking on every petty little thing – or she will start picking right back at you – before you know it you will drive each other insane. Is it really worth it?

5. Number five is about driving together. When a woman asks you if you know where you are going – do not pretend you know. She really does not think any less of you if you ask for directions. She just wants to get to her destination. There is nothing wrong with using your GPS or stopping at a gas station. Just get us to our destination- we don't care how, just do it!

4. Number four – if she asks you what she should wear, do not say it does not matter- make something up or tell her to surprise you. Women want to think that you pay attention to how she looks. If she asks you how do I look, never just say "OK" and please, at least look up from the television. Pay her compliments, make her feel like she is beautiful.

3. Number three is not to pretend that you are not listening to her. It takes such a little effort to pay attention to what she is saying. Make her feel that what she has to say has merit, remember, we should treat people the way we want to be treated. If she is talking to you, do not tell her to be quiet, she may start to talk to somebody else ... and then what?

2. Number two is easier said than done – make your woman number one in your life. You may love your children, your parents, your friends, etc. etc. but treat her like she is always the most important person in your life. Now this could be difficult at times, but if you make her feel like she is number one at all times, you will be happier. She will trust you more, she will love you more, she will make you number one!

1. Number one is an important subject that women often discuss amongst themselves. Do not make her think that your ex is better than her – EVER. Do not make her spend a lot of time with your ex unless it is an absolute necessity. Do not talk too much about your ex. She is probably your ex for a reason and if you want to stay with your woman and not make her an ex- take my advice. Whether it is a past girlfriend or an ex-wife, make your woman number one. Treat her like she is the only girl in the world. She will then treat you like the only man, and isn't that the most important thing? She does not want to hear about your ex, so simply stop talking about the good times ... if they were so good then why didn't it work out? Keep your focus on how wonderful she is. Make her your world and you will be one very, very happy man in return. She just wants to be the only girl you love all your life.
