What Should Open in Caribou Coffee's Old Space?
The Golden Gate Plaza space has been empty since Caribou Coffee closed.
It's been a couple months since Caribou Coffee closed locations in Northeast Ohio, and the former site in Golden Gate Plaza is as quiet as ever.
Locations in Beachwood and Lakewood have either reopened as Peet's Coffee & Tea or will do soon. That doesn't appear to be the plan at the empty 1510 Golden Gate Plaza.
That said, what do you want to see open in this prominent retail space facing Mayfield Road? Would a different coffee shop work or should someone invest in a new concept altogether?
