House Hunt: Great Housing Deals this Weekend in Hillcrest
Housing inventories are down across the country, interest rates are at all-time lows.
According to an article published in the Wall Street Journal this week, the number of houses listed for sale in U.S. cities during the second quarter declined.
At the end of June, 2.34 million houses were listed for sale on the multiple listing services in more than 900 cities. That is the lowest level for that time of year since 2007.
We can see this effect in the Hillcrest area as the number of open houses each week continues to decline.
