Eight Hawken School seniors have been named semifinalists for the National Merit Scholarship program.
Here are the students from Hawken that are semifinalists for one of the $2,500 scholarships:

- Aric G. Floyd, Cleveland
- Sophia L. Kerman, Shaker Heights
- Zachary Kirsch, Highland Heights
- Emma G. Link, Cleveland
- Elijah R. Spiro, Solon
- Sarah E. Stark, Beachwood
- Benjamin D. Wu, Cleveland
The Hawken seniors could find out if they are selected as finalists in early 2014.
