Each week, we'll give you the info on the five best family activities or events for the week.

Why Go: Rhymes, songs, fingerplays and stories for all ages with a caregiver

Best New Picture Books Day

Why Go: Staff will entertain children with the newest picture books

Three-Acre Corn Maze

Where/When: Lake Metroparks Farmpark, 8800 Euclid Chardon Rd., Kirtland, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily (weather permitting) through Oct. 9
Why Go: Have fun negotiating the twists and turns of a corn maze
Price: $6 for adults, $4 for children ages 2-11

Just for Teens Tuesday Surprise

Where/When: Cuyahoga County Public Library , 6080 Wilson Mills Road, 3:15 p.m. Tuesday
Why Go: Participate in a surprise activity for teens in grades six to 12
