2. Mayfield Heights City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. today. The agenda includes an ordinance regulating dangerous and vicious animals.
3. Highland Heights shredding day will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Service Department, 5827 Highland Road. There is no need to remove staples or paper clips, but material should not be in plastic bags.
4. Preparation for Spring will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Cleveland Metroparks North Chagrin Reservation. Naturalist Tim Krynak will present an indoor visual and audio review.
5. Mayfield Village Council will have a special meeting at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Civic Center, 6622 Wilson Mills Road. Council has had two of three readings of the 2011 budget ordinance, which needs to be passed by the end of March.
