Hillcrest Hospital and Community Partnership on Aging will offer a monthly health challenge consisting of a health screening or short educational session. The sessions will be led by pharmacists, nutritionists or nurse specialists. Participate in six out of seven months (June-December) to be entered into a drawing for a summer picnic package. You must maintain a card that will be marked each month in order to qualify for the drawing.
