Highland Heights and the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District will collect computers, monitors, keyboards and cell phones to recycle. Residents can drop off items at the Service Department from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, which will deliver the items to the county for proper recycling and disposal.
