Spotify Playlist: Most Annoying Songs In The World
Tell us the song that you hate most, and we'll create a Spotify playlist to run Friday!
We all have at least one or two songs that really make us rage either because they're so bad, so annoying or just musically challenged.
They're the songs that force you to slam your finger into the car radio buttons and shout "Oh, no!" The songs that make you clench your jaw. Or the ones that get stuck in your head because they're terribly catchy.
We Patch editors want to know what that song is. Tell us what song or songs you hate most and we'll create a Spotify playlist that you'll love to hate. You have until Thursday to leave your song in the comments.

The most annoying song is " You can't always get what you want" Once you hear it it will be in your head for days. Even when you wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and it is still there.

Britney Spears' "Baby, One More Time." Mostly because of her horrible vocal fry which has become a way of talking that's more annoying than Valley Girl-isms.

Counting Crows — "Big Yellow Taxi" It's the "paved paradise and put up a parking lot" song. (I actually don't mind Joni Mitchell's original.) That song played over and over again at my part-time job in high school.

Good one, Amanda. I hate that song! I also hate K.D. Lang's "Miss Chaterlaine." They played it every day when I worked at Lowe's.

"Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy". I work in an Assisted Living facility and they play a CD that has this on it all the time. I can't stand the song but it's always stuck in my mind.

I think this is a silly topic to spend time discussing. There are real issues our community needs to focus on. Please pay attention.

Didn't even have to think about this one. "Band of Gold" by Freda Payne. What insipid, ridiculous drivel.

Steve Rosen, lighten up buddy ;) I agree with Mmmmm by Crash Test Dummies. And Rockabye by Shawn Mullins. My 6-year old could write a better song in one afternoon. And I am not being sarcastic.

Years ago I had had enough of Cold Play's 'Yellow' (I love Cold Play btw) but it just got too much... I grabbed the CD and threw it out the window! Luckily I wasn't living in Cleveland at the times as it wouldn't have helped with our litter-free streets!
