RTA to ask its board of trustees for $2 million to install cameras on all buses.

Cleveland City Council is expected to introduce a bill Monday intended to protect Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority bus drivers in light of a viral video of a bus driver uppercutting a passenger last year.
