Ohio Governor to Ban Texting While Driving (POLL)

What do you think of the bill? Would it be good or bad thing for Ohio's drivers if it is passed?

Updated at 2:03 p.m. June 1:

Ohio is the 39th state to ban texting while driving after Gov. John Kasich signed the bill into law Friday afternoon surrounded by family members of those killed by drivers distracted by cell phones, reports The Columbus Dispatch.

Gov. John Kasich is expected to sign a bill today that will ban reading, writing and sending texts while driving, reports NewsNet5.com.

For adults, texting while driving would be a secondary offense. Teen drivers, however, could be pulled over for using electronic devices like phones and tablets.
