Senior Mayfield High linebacker Larry Pinto Jr. earned special mention for the 2011 Associated Press Division I All-Ohio high school football team.
Pinto led a group of six other Wildcats who received AP Northeast Lakes All-District football squad honors.
Mayfield finished the season 6-4.
