I want to help - Please let me know if there are any gifts or ways to provide consolation to the families of Newtowne around the holidays. I know they've been bringing in therapy dogs to help the grieving families, would purchasing a puppy/dog for a family with grieving siblings be an option? Having family in the area, there is an intensive media effort in the town right now, and in the interest of the children and not wanting to be intrusive, I wanted to suggest pulling an effort together to create 'art bags' for the children through donations from craft/art suppliers and individual donations. Perhaps this would give the children of this school a creative outlet. I will be in the area end of week. Any ideas welcome on this. mmccormick2@cox.net
