The parent company of Beachwood Place Mall is eyeing an expansion, though details remain undefined.
A Cleveland architect met with Beachwood city officials this week to discuss zoning modifications needed to make the expansion a reality. Standalone restaurants and banks were among the possibilities discussed.
Speaking on behalf of General Growth Properties, Jim Heller of Cleveland-based ka architects gave no timeline for a new project at the mall, but he made it clear that the firm wants to implement tenants that would attract additional shoppers and tax dollars.
While the private and public partners iron out the possibilities, we'd like to hear from you.
What would you like to see added to Beachwood Place? Let us know in the comments section below.
