Architect Phillip Small designed this 10-bed, eight-bath country estate, named the Sunshine Farm, located at 7460 Foxboro Road, Gates Mills. Small, who was part of the redesign of Greenbriar and the Country Club in Pepper Pike, built the grandiose home with the artistic vision of Hugh Seave.

According to the listing on AOL Real Estate, this architectural masterpiece was built in 1929, and sits on 7.12 acres of land. The sale price is $3,350,000.

The property includes two guest houses, gracious formal rooms, an in-ground pool with a pool house, terraced gardens and a reflecting pond.
