James O. Baechle, 92, an Army veteran, who had moved from Cleveland Heights to Mayfield in 1974, died Oct. 28.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6850 Mayfield Road, Gates Mills.
