Gustav Enyedy Jr., 86, of Gates Mills, founder of the Hungarian Genealogical Society of Greater Cleveland, who wrote about his experiences with the Army’s 103rd Infantry in Europe during World War II in a book titled Combat Diary: A Personal Record of Combat in Europe, died June 9.
Calling hours are 1-5 p.m. Sunday, June 12, at Schulte & Mahon-Murphy Funeral Home, 5252 Mayfield Road, Lyndhurst.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, June 13, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6850 Mayfield Road, Gates Mills.
Donations may be made to Cleveland Hungarian Heritage Society.
